Full mesh prioritizes airflow and low weight but exposes more contents and can stretch. A mesh window keeps more solid structure while providing selected visibility. Approve the role based on contents, privacy and load.
Q3: How should I approve visibility and privacy?
Load the intended bottles, tubes, labels and inserts into the sample. Review it from the buyer's retail and packing angles because an empty mesh pouch can look cleaner and less transparent than a filled one.
Q4: Why must the mesh sample be checked when filled?
Mesh stretches under load and can distort zipper corners, edge binding and panel shape. Use the intended contents or an agreed measurement set before freezing size.
Q5: Which logo methods work on mesh bags?
Woven labels, patches, solid-panel printing and custom pullers are often more stable than fine direct printing on open mesh. Approve weight, placement and distortion on the physical sample.
Q6: Does one recycled-material document certify the complete bag?
Not automatically. A supplier or fabric document may cover one material rather than the complete bag. Confirm the scope for mesh, solid body, lining, thread, zipper, label, adhesive and packing before writing a claim.
Q7: Can delivery be guaranteed before the mesh sample is approved?
No. Delivery feasibility depends on approved construction, material availability, logo, packing, quantity, inspection, destination and freight. A delivery date is not guaranteed before that review.
