Q1: Can Rivta make a custom mesh laundry wash bag for lingerie?
Yes. Rivta can review flat zipper, structured and multi-size routes for lingerie or delicate-garment programs. The design should be approved with the intended garments and a defined wash test.
Q2: What is the custom MOQ?
Custom projects are normally reviewed from 500 pieces. The final MOQ depends on material, color, size split, zipper, branding, packaging and document requirements.
Q3: Can you use recycled polyester mesh?
A recycled polyester or recycled nylon mesh route can be reviewed. Recycled-content, GRS or other document claims are not automatic; they must match the selected material supply chain and order scope.
Q4: Can you make a Tencel laundry wash bag?
Rivta can review a lyocell route and can check whether a genuine TENCEL™ branded-fiber route is available for the project. Material identity, minimums and supporting documents must be confirmed before the trademark is used as an order fact.
Q5: Will the bag prevent snagging or damage?
Not by default. Garment behavior depends on the garment, mesh, seams, zipper, load, machine and wash method. Define the test and acceptance criteria before any performance claim is used.
Q6: Can Rivta add a woven label or patch?
Yes. Approve the physical label at finished size. Small text may need to be enlarged to remain legible after weaving, printing and sewing.
Q7: Can the bags be packed as a retail set?
Yes, subject to project scope. Send the size mix, color mix, insert, barcode, belly band, box or polybag requirements so pack-out can be quoted and sampled.
Q8: What should be tested before bulk production?
Use the intended garments and confirm the wash method. Check closure retention, exposed hardware, seams, binding, mesh distortion, dimensional change, color behavior and label legibility against agreed pass/fail criteria.
